※We will randomly select some backers to receive the survey earlier. It allow us to test out the survey and make sure everything runs smoothly. It will not effect the limit quantity of each add-ons.
As you can see the survey is on the way. It will be sent at Jan 18. Please fill in your correct shipping information and there will be some special offers that you can add on. Please be aware that some of the offers are limited, so we strongly recommend to set an alarm for it.
Backers with Payment Issue
For those whose pledge was declined by your card provider. You have 5 days to complete your pledge.
Ways to complete your pledge.
Contact your bank and ask why the charge is being declined. Include transactions details like the amount you pledged and the date we attempted to collect your pledge.
Log in to your Kickstarter account and click “Fix Payment” on the Action Needed banner at the top of the page.
