Dear backers,
For 85% of our backers who have completed the survey before 1/25, you should get an email of your tracking info since we have shipped your rewards!
You will receive your Revov Coin Storage by early March at the latest. However, due to COVID-19, it might take more time to arrive, please use the tracking number to update your shipping status.
For those who haven’t completed the survey yet. Please complete it as soon as possible. Our second delivery date will be in mid-March.
We will be out of the office during 2/6-16.
After being busy few weeks and finally sending out most of the rewards, we need some vacation vibes! Our office is closed due to national holiday during that time. We will be back to office on 2/17, please expect our response no later than that. Thank you for your understanding. Don't hesitate to share your joy or give us some feedback after receiving the rewards. We will be more than happy to see it when we are back. ;)
